His Imperial Chinese Navy - River Protection Service (RPS)

The River Protection Service is responsible for the protection of the shipping on all chinese inland waters and waterways, so on the big chinese rivers (Yangtze River / Pearl River / Yellow River), canals (Grand Canal) and lakes.

Commander-in-Chief is Commander Zhu Houzhao. The HQ of the RPS is in Wuhan.
