Chinese Submarine Details

Perhaps I have overlooked them, but I have been unable to find the details of the submarines assigned to the 3rd and 4th Flotillas. There are, however, classes of submarines in the Chinese encyclopedia that details on the boats constructed to those designs. Clarification would be deeply appreciated.
