Germaniawerft Export Destroyer Project of 1944

This design was prepared as a speculation to meet Russian Federation requirements for new destroyers; in the event the Russian Federation Navy preferred designs drawn up by its own naval architects.

TBD, TBD Destroyer laid down 1944

Displacement: 1,942 t light; 2,128 t standard; 2,437 t normal; 2,684 t full load

Dimensions: Length overall / water x beam x draught

395.34 ft / 393.70 ft x 36.42 ft x 14.76 ft (normal load) [120.50 m / 120.00 m x 11.10 m x 4.50 m]

Armament:

4 - 5.12" / 130 mm guns (2x2 guns), 79.37lbs / 36.00kg shells, 1944 Model Automatic rapid fire guns in deck mounts with hoists on centreline ends, evenly spread
2 - 2.95" / 75.0 mm guns (1x2 guns), 15.43lbs / 7.00kg shells, 1944 Model Automatic rapid fire guns in a deck mount with hoist on centreline aft, all raised guns - superfiring
8 - 1.46" / 37.0 mm guns (2x4 guns), 1.55lbs / 0.70kg shells, 1944 Model Anti-aircraft guns in deck mounts on side, evenly spread, all raised mounts
4 - 0.55" / 14.0 mm guns in single mounts, 0.08lbs / 0.04kg shells, 1944 Model Machine guns in deck mounts on side, evenly spread, all raised mounts
Weight of broadside 361 lbs / 164 kg
