There are some weird numbers in Section F - such as "Aircraft Carriers".

I think they might be the quantity of ships Peru's attempting to have in service in that category. Though there's a few items that make me doubt that interpretation.

Ah, yes - those were the Chilean numbers as of Q4/44.

That's why they looked so familiar to me...
