New Bulgarian Ships for 1945

As with prior years, not much going on in Bulgaria in terms of new designs: the Neustrashimi-class destroyers will continue being built, however, and the Uzhilvane-class submarines will be scrapped and replaced by something all new: the Slava-class, which represents something of a different outlook on submarine design, being significantly larger than the previous class of submarines (the French-designed Akula-class). It's also faster, both surfaced and submerged.

Judging by the design, I presume that these boats may operate outside the Black Sea?

That may be possible, but primarily Black Sea operation. Since the Black Sea is mostly deep, the size of the boats isn't of greatest concern compared to capability.
