Request for Proposals: Semi-automatic Infantry Rifle

The Philippine Army is desirous of adopting a semi-automatic rifle for the bulk of its infantry formations. Proposals would involve the manufacture of at least some of the weapons to be procured to be of Philippine manufacture. No other limitations are specified at this point in time.
