Headquarters - 5 men (5 officers)

1 Command Company composed of:
1 Headquarters Platoon - 34 men (2 officers, 4 NCO, 28 EM), 1 car, 8 trucks (5 1/2 ton, 3 1 1/2 ton).
1 Intelligence Platoon - 18 men (2 NCO, 16 EM)
1 Signals Platoon - 120 men (4 officers, 19 NCO, 97 EM), 12 trucks (1/2 ton), 4 motorcycles w/sidecar
Regimental Band - 29 men (1 WO, 6 NCO, 22 EM)
Medical Facilities - 29 men (14 officers, 2 NCO, 13 EM), 1 motorcycle w/sidecar, 3 trucks (1 1/2 ton, 2 1 1/2 ton)
Chaplain - 3 officers.

3 Infantry Battalions - 876 men, 15 ATRL, 40 BAR, 9 60mm mortars, 7 0.50 cal MG, 6 1/4 ton trucks, 6 1/4 ton trailers, 14 0.30 cal MG, 4 motorcycles, 29 1/2 ton trucks, 4 81mm mortars.

1 AT Company - 185 men, 29 trucks (1/2 ton), 4 motorcycles w/sidecar, 12 BAR (0.30 cal), 12 ATG (3in)

1 Service Company - 131 men, 5 motorcycles w/sidecar, 53 trucks (2 1/4 ton, 6 1/2 ton, 45 1 1/2 ton), 15 trailers (1 ton), 12 BAR.
