To complete the exellent Plan made by Rocky.
Peruvian Admiralty hope to built from 1944 to 1948:

- 12 x 200t Minesweepers
- 12 x 200t Subchasser
- 24 x 47t MTB
- 12 x 1440t DDs
- 6 x 750t Submarines
- 2 x 8400t Light carrier to have a total of 3 carriers & 100 planes.
- 1 x 9000t CA with the 4 x 8" turrets in reserve
- 2 x 1000t Depot ships
- 2 x 1000t Oilers
The status of the 3 x 1600t old Apurimac class DDs (1919) is not fixed - Sub & MTB Tender conversion is probable.

Modifications are always possible...

Japan has a nice ~8000 ton carrier design for Peru.
... of course getting the planes back on it is another thing.
