The new design, named Fulgur, is a low-winged monoplane of all-metal construction, accommodating 12 passengers. It have a retractable tailwheel undercarriage and is powered by two Gnome-Rhone 14K radial engines.
The Br.470 “Fulgur” made its first flight on 5 March 1936, its two powerful engines giving a maximum speed of 385 km/h.
Shennong Ltd. bought both, the prototype and the rights for a license production of this aircraft. The aircraft, produced at Shennong is called “Firefly”.

BH-1 "Codger"

On 18. December 1945, the two engineers Ximen Bao and Wan Li Huang founded their design office Bao - Huang. This was also the beginning of a fruitful collaboration.

The BH-1 "Codger" is planned as a successor of the Shennong "Dragonfly" and should be just as successful. Furthermore, it is planned to build an expanded version of the aircraft. This is supposed to have, inter alia, an increased range, 4 engines and a capacity of 30 passengers.
