Yes I think so, too, but looking at the name of the class, I can't help but miss a superstructure that slighlty leans to one side.

The funnels are slightly raked.

As noted in report RM Regina Elana receives 50t in a partial refit. This was the replacement of her 3"/40 guns with 3"/60 and the addittion of some light AAA.
