USN wooden ships

The US should add a wooden ship section and include...

the frigate Constituion
sloop of war Constellation
any other age of sail ships the US wants to retin
and the elcot mosquito and PT boats

The PT boats haven't been built yet, though the USN is starting to become interested in boats of similar capabilities.
