During the last decade, German aviation companies were working strongly to establish a presence in China. Lufthansa was one of the leading developers of new aviation routes all over eastern Asia. These companies also few out German military personnel to China and they also helped deliver goods and supplies in both directions as required.

Establishment of the German-Chinese airline Eurasia Aviation Corp.
1926 had flown already two Lufthansa Junkers G 24-planes from Berlin to Peking, and this successful acid test led to the fact that the Eurasia developed its fleet in the subsequent years exclusively with Junkers machines.
The contract at that time planned that the 4 airplanes are brought of the type Junkers F 13 and W 33 as well as the crews of the DLH into the partnership.
August 1929 :
The fleet of the EURASIA is extended with further 4 Junkers W.33 airplanes.

Januar:
Extension of the EURASIA route network with the 2500km long distance Shanghai - Nanking - for Tsinanfu - Beijing - Linsi - Manschuli.
18.Februar:
Transport and Industry Minister Ming pi Wai open the Ith German Chinese fair in Beijing . It completely particularly makes it happy that some famous German companies followed the invitation. The goal of the fair is it to strengthen economic co-operation between the two countries and find and use common resources. The fair is to be developed in the next years to an international fair.

The EURASIA aviation Corp. published in its business report a plus of 25%. For this all manufacturers of airplanes and Zeppelins are quite cordially invited after Nanking.

Distribution of the first two Flugboote type Shennong-1 “Zhaoxiang” and “Ku Ming” to the EURASIA aviation Corp. The Flugboote are to take up the regular transport service between China and America on the distance Shanghai - Edo - Wake - Honolulu - San Francisco ("Flight duration" 6 Tage).
21. März:
The delegation around Vice Admiral Jhi June leaves Shanghai. It is on board the Flugbootes “Zhaoxiang”. It is planned to connect the opening of the air route to America with the attendance of the Chinese naval delegation in Japan and America. After the landing in Edo the inspection of Japanese shipyards is to take place after a meeting with the Japanese Secretary of Defense. Subsequently, the journey follows toward San Francisco. While the “Zhaoxiang” brings the Chinese delegation after the attendance in America to Atlantis and Europe, the “Ku Ming” take up the regular flying operation on the 28. of March.
