New Encyclopedia folders?

I was wondering if we could get an encyclopedia folder for "Armenia and Azerbaijan" since I have a half-dozen things to post there, and don't want to try fitting it into the NPC thread. Also, should there be a folder for Lithuania, now?

Speaking of Lithuania - where's Agent148? I haven't seen him post in over a week, is he okay?

I'd think FAR would deserve thier own folder as well.

I'd suggest anyone whos new to the sim in the last few years to check the NPC section to make sure you have all the relevant info for your encyclopedia.

Some of those threads can now be deleted to clear up the clutter.
