Netherlands Q1/41

Nothing terribly exciting going on. 6 of 8 Cruisers undergoing reconstruction finish, 2 Subs and 2 Escorts finish, 4 DDLs and 2 CLAAs start trials. A 2nd Van Meel class is laid down, as are the last 4 DDLs.

The rest of 1941 should see more refits of older ships, and a laydown of many smaller ships. Another Walcheren light carrier is likely to be laid down as well.
