CNS Almirante Uribe

I have discovered that the Chilean schoolship, Almirante Uribe, lacks a Springsharp design; the ship appears by all accounts to be the historical schoolship General Baquedano by a different name (General Baquedano being a name previously assigned to a Chilean predreadnought battleship).

Using the statistics of the historical General Baquedano, I have drawn up a design of the WW Almirante Uribe. As nearly as I can tell, the WW Uribe was refitted in 1924, so I simmed her engines and machine-guns from that date.

Keep in mind that this vessel is a part-steam, part-sail vessel. I added the miscellaneous weight mostly to cover her rigging.

It should be.

I have no idea how much sails weigh so it's difficult to give any useful input.
