Could be build late on the decade. Designed to serve as division leaders. Feel free to discuss.

Given the raised forecastle, you'd probably want to sim both forward mounts as raised (so A turret can fire over the bow). Other than that, looks pretty good (other than the fact that it can't be built in a Type 1 slip, which is a common problem with ships in this size/speed range).

I don't think a 5 foot difference in the stem and fore deck at A turret really warrents the "raised guns" label for A turret, certainly for B turret though as its on a deckhouse. Raised guns to me would emply guns placed up at another deck level above the main deck.

If you consider the guns are roughly 3-4 feet above the base of the gun mount the turret only has to be raised just over 2 feet to fire dirrectly over the bow.
