Thought I'd ask...

I'm wondering, are there any "special requirements" for constructing an engineering plant for later installation in a vessel (i.e., as 'Government Furnished Equipment' for a subsidised merchant vessel)? I'm assuming you simply pay the amount given in SS for 'machinery' (and, since you're not building a whole ship, I'm contemplating calculating the time by the /1000+4 method), and then, if it's installed in a "regulary simmed vessel" later, you deduct that from that vessel's construction?
