Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
280 lbs / 127 Kg = 6.0 x 4.5 " / 115 mm shells or 0.2 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.15
Metacentric height 0.9 ft / 0.3 m
Roll period: 11.8 seconds
Steadiness - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 53 %

Seaboat quality (Average = 1.00): 0.71

Hull form characteristics:
Hull has rise forward of midbreak
and transom stern
Block coefficient: 0.430
Length to Beam Ratio: 9.82 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 18.74 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 73 %

You have some free composite str., I bet if you reduce draft you may find your seakeeping rise some while the vessel becomes cheaper.

Oh, and may I suggest some miscellaneous weight for the torpedoes, and possibly ASW gear?

And small, and lightly armed....

The twelve Ariete/Audaz class torpedo boats ordered from Italy in 1931 fulfill the same role. Maybe just order some more?

Something to think about. How much are the construction charges?

I think it was about 20% beforehand.

They're only marginally useful weapons. Maybe if Italy started selling high technology aeroplanes, submarines etc. then things would be more worrying

If you go 15% I think you have an order for six starting in Q4 1935 followed by six more sometime next year.
