The Anglo-Bharat- Baluchistan Friendship Agreement

INTRODUCTION

In the interest of friendly neighborly relations and regional economic development, the signatory states has agreed on a series of measures as follows:

PART 1- FOREIGN POLICY
§1 The Muslim Republic of Baluchistan will have complete freedom in regard to internal affairs but the Government of Muslim Republic of Baluchistan undertakes not to enter into any type of agreement that will detrimentally affect their relationship with both the British Empire and the Empire of Bharat.
§2 A British High Commissioner and a Bharati High Commissioner will live in Quetta to advise the Government of the Muslim Republic of Baluchistan in regard to Foreign Affairs.

PART 2 – ECONOMIC POLICY

§3 The new Baluchistani currency will be backed by the English Pound and the Bharati rupee and both the British Empire and the Empire of Bharat undertake to provide initial loans and capital to begin rebuilding the country and the extension of credit and loans on good terms.

§4 A railway line connecting Karachi to Persian oil facilities rail line will be constructed using Bharati capital, with the Empire of Bharat’ military forces having the right to protect the railway line.

§5 As part of Part 2, Section 3 above the British Empire and the Empire of Bharat jointly agree to help to upgrade the infrastructure network of the Muslim Republic of Baluchistan with capital and material expertise.

PART 3 - SECURITY

§6 Both the British Empire and the Empire of Bharat agree to ensure the independence and security of the Muslim Republic of Baluchistan. Both nations agree to permanent basing of British Commonwealth and Bharati troops with equal forces up to a peacetime strength of two divisions and not more than four divisions in wartime should either party be involved in a war with a third party. No foreign heavy or medium bombers allowed to be stationed in the Muslim Republic of Baluchistan.

§7 The creation of a new Baluchistan Self Defence Force at the earliest possible time is the primary aim by both the British Empire and the Empire of Bharat. This new SDF is prohibited from possessing tanks, heavy bombers or medium bombers. There will be a manpower cap of 100,000 men in total including all Baluchi ground, air and naval forces. Military equipment and training for the new SDF will be provided by both the British Empire and the Empire of Bharat.

§8 The British Empire and the Empire of Bharat jointly agree to police the Muslim Republic of Baluchistan’s territorial waters until such time as the SDF can take on this activity.
