Almirante Barroso

So, I needed to re-sim the Almirante Barroso because I'm on a different computer now, which I did. Now, this design is basically a modified Mogami and the spring style Rooi gave me doesn't report the massive recoil problem I'm getting. Here are the two spring styles, hopefully you guys can figure it out.

Original

Really, guys, I could use some help on this. I know it works, I've done it on two different versions of Springsharp and I'm unable to figure it out here.

Don't know how much it would effect things, but I noticed this little oddity in your version.

Quoted

12 - 533.0" / 13538.2 mm above water torpedoes
I feel bad for whoever gets hit w/ one of those.

What's wrong with shooting high-speed submarines at your target, huh?

On the MIBN Falcão class cruisers, there aren't any AA weapons heavier than a 37mm mounting, is this intentional? If so, it seems an odd choice.

Yes, the choice is intentional. The Falcão class is something of a design departure from traditional light cruisers in that it is slightly faster than the norm for MIBN cruisers and has a lighter battery, the idea being that in their escort/scout role they won't be expected to beat off substantial air attacks and therefor aren't armed for it.
