Yup, Australia and Canada. Home of all slightly used British stuff. Can't say I blame them though, (wonders if Foxy will take off the middle turrent, and give them a bit of a speed increase when he modernizes them). 600 tons cant be the whole price though, can it? If so, I wonder if Italy will give that kind of discount to their old province of Dacia.

Removing a barbette takes the reconstruction pricetag from ~12,000 tons to ~18,000 tons. Probably not worth it.

You could probably get 3-4 more knots just converting from coal firing to oil and reshaping/lengthening the bow.
