A high speed transport/minelayer. Speedy but with range, should be useful in Guadalcanal-esque situations.
Credit goes to Rocky for the design and the drawing - this is something he had worked on but dropped in favor of a smaller APD. I modified the drawing and the SS to Filipino standards.
The torpedoes are just there to illustrate the deck space occupied by the landing craft and minehandling gear/cargo area. There are no actual torpedoes involved.
I should be able to haul around 300 troops for short jaunts.
