Factory assignment:
Of the 25 factories available to the empire, Factories I to XII are used for the infrastructure (fixed for the year. Note: Factory XIII has been released for warship materials) for 1.2 point in the quarter. Factories XIII to XXV are assigned to produce materials to be used in the warships for a total of 13000 tons in the quarter.

Infrastructure construction:
The infrastructure points are used in the construction on Factory XXVI (10 points at end of 2nd quarter). Factory XXVI will be operational in the 3rd Quarter

II) Ships started in the first quarter.
The Gunboats G-II-1 and G-II-2 of the Go Ni class were laid down on 6/3/1922. Each ship requires 1714 tons and 11 months construction time. It is expected that they will be launched Late October and will be ready Early May 1923.
The 3rd class destroyers Ladios Sopp and Voards Viewlard of the FSS: OC class were laid down on 6/1/1922. Each ship requires 573 tons and 10 months construction time. It is expected that they will be launched Early October and will be ready Late March 1923.
The 3rd class destroyers Potaru (NBF-I) and Firetto (NBF-II) of the FSS: F class were laid down on 6/2/1922. Each ship requires 581 tons and 10 months construction time. It is expected that they will be launched Early October and will be ready Late March 1923.
III) Status of ships under construction at the end of the first quarter.
Of the 13,000 tons, the Zuiho will receive 3x760 = 2280 tons, the Shoho will receive 3x780 = 2340 tons, Zansho will receive 1x130 = 130 tons, Asasamu will receive 1x130 = 130 tons, and Kameko-chan will receive 2x456 and 1x475 = 1387 tons. Kuun, Paruteno, Majeru, Chandana, Niimu, Ietta, Odetto, Aarora, Jiseru, Bakusuchuaru, Dai-mon, Vitta-Shasse, and Toki will each receive 1x59 = 59 tons. Shizu, Machi, Kyo, Rere-Sha, Andoromedaa, Suparichuuta, Akiresu, Ikarosu, Tiita, Kurakarain, Efuroshuune, Kare, Pashitea, Aguraia, Tairea, Aukusoo, Arekutoo, Megaera, Teisuhoon, Yuupandara, Atorobosu, and Rakishisu will each receive 3x58 = 174 tons, total 2436 tons. Kuroosoo will receive 3x98 = 294 tons. G-II-1 and G-II-2 will each receive 1x806 = 806 tons. Ladios Sopp and Voards Viewlard will each receive 1x58 = 58 tons. Potaru and Firetto will each receive 1x58 = 58 tons
Zuiho at 68%. Still requires 10,300 tons and 14.75 months.
Shoho at 61. Still requires 12,150 tons and 16.25 months.
Kameko-chan at 61%. Still requires 2978 tons and 1 months.
Shizu at 89%. Still requires 59 tons and 1 months.
Machi, Kyo, Rere-Sha, Andoromedaa, Suparichuuta, Akiresu, Ikarosu, Tiita, Kurakarain, Efuroshuune, Kare, Pashitea, Aguraia, Tairea, Aukusoo, Arekutoo, Megaera, Teisuhoon, Yuupandara, Atorobosu, and Rakishisu at 60%. Still require 230 tons and 4 months

IV) Finished ships
The Coast Defense Vessel Zansho and Asasamu were completed on April 26 and April 30 respectively. They set sail on May 4 for their shakedown cruises.
The 3rd Class Destroyers Kuun, Paruteno, Majeru, Chandana, Niimu, Ietta, Odetto, Aarora, Jiseru, Bakusuchuaru, Dai-mon, Vitta-Shasse, and Toki were competed between April 28 and May 3. They set sail on May 8 for their shakedown cruises.
