Peru's a non-entity. They don't have the ability to build a decent fleet by even South American standards and if they keep pushing as they have been they'll shortly find themselves in a world of hurt. Plus, they don't have anything of strategic value.

Tell you what, though, I'll put money down on Peru losing its sovereignty by no later than '35.

Colombia is also practically a non-entity if we use Peru as a guide. Looking at the infrastructure and fleets they are practically similar, Colombia having an edge in DD numbers and heavy guns but Peru has a fast cruisers and a new coastal BB.

Heh, Peru would dispute the suggestion they're "pushing" anyone, it's been much more Chile doing the pushing.

Don't suppose I can convince you to take over Colombia, could I?

I don't know how decent I'd be, but I wouldn't mind joining in wherever I'm needed if the admins are ok with it. I know my way around springsharp, although I have a lot to learn about the era!

Nations with reasonable potential are Colombia, Peru and Bulgaria.

Just keep posting, even post some of your own designs for us to examine. This will go a long way in determining if you join as a player.
