Its a tight refit with not much spare tonnage to play with, but for an old ship I think you've done just enough to patch them up for a few years of extra service.

The refit see's them gain 230 tons of Misc. weight and 36 extra 37mm guns. I've messed up on the date of the weapons in the SS file but the 4.1" would be updated mounts as well providing a significant boost to the AA capabilities for these two important vessels.

The Ankara class light cruiser spring sharp file has been a bit wonky for a while, showing a raised forecastle when in fact its supposed to be a flush deck design. The raised forecastle is only 4.2 feet higher than the rest of the ship! (17.22/21.4), that's even too short for Filipino smoking penguins so I've resimed the ship with a proper flush deck. Its slightly higher at 17.8 feet but the trim/stability/seakeeping are the same, while the hull strength and average freeboard is as near to the original sim as possible, longitudinal strength is up to 1.26 from1.25. Shells per gun carried drops from 180 to 150 in an effort to keep the specs the same. Changes are highlighted.
