Godo morning. Note that Bharat is not desperate to dump any of these ships immediately. If you are interested in something but can't afford it until later in 1942 or 1943, make an offer anyway.
Updated:
CV Aruval: 1,000 t.
CV Katar: 1,500 t.
BB Samanjir: 4,000 t as-is.
CA Chapra & Chiplun: 2,300 t for the pair as-is.
CA Hyderabad III & Bangalore II: 16,000 t for the pair.
Hyderabad III and Bangalore II have been sold to the Empire of Japan for a sum of 17,800 t.
Bharat has decided to retain CVE Katar and the hull of Samanjir. We thank those who have expressed an interest in these vessels but their bids are declined.
CVE Aruval, the hulls of Chapra and Chiplun, and the nine destroyers remain available for purchase through 1942, but Bharat is not inclined to accept the offers made to date on these units.

An unconventional way to merely satisfy one's curiosity; given its strength, why does the Imperial Japanese Navy need a pair of armored cruisers *now*?
Sampson Class were refitted in Q1/41 as part of the sale to Mexico, their refit is in the US reports perhaps I should have made it somewhat clearer though I did assume people would assume that they would see that the Sampsons were refitted and farther down you will notice under transactions them being sold to Mexico.
