Miscellaneous weights: 120 tons, 39.2%

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
829 lbs / 376 Kg = 3,396.0 x 0.8 " / 20 mm shells or 0.7 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1.06
Metacentric height 0.7 ft / 0.2 m

Length to Beam Ratio: 8.75 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 14.49 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 40 %
Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 50
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 0.00 degrees
Stern overhang: 0.00 ft / 0.00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
- Stem: 13.00 ft / 3.96 m
- Forecastle (20%): 8.00 ft / 2.44 m
- Mid (50%): 8.00 ft / 2.44 m
- Quarterdeck (15%): 8.00 ft / 2.44 m
- Stern: 8.00 ft / 2.44 m
- Average freeboard: 8.40 ft / 2.56 m
Ship tends to be wet forward

Ship space, strength and comments:
Space - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 66.4%
- Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 142.1%
Waterplane Area: 3,358 Square feet or 312 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 187%
Structure weight / hull surface area: 28 lbs/sq ft or 137 Kg/sq metre
Hull strength (Relative):
- Cross-sectional: 0.95
- Longitudinal: 1.49
- Overall: 1.00
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is excellent
Room for accommodation and workspaces is excellent
Ship has slow, easy roll, a good, steady gun platform
Good seaboat, rides out heavy weather easily

Guaranteed to make them die from laughter

...is it the plan that the Latvians die of laughter when the invasion fleet has to be towed the last ~500nm?

No, the plan is for the Latvians to laugh after we hit it a few times with some 420 mm HE shells.
