New Designs and Refits of the Greek Fleet

First and foremost I'm certain this refit would be incredibly costly and in my opinion unnecessary given the capabilities of this design. Given that you have 5" DP guns, the size difference between them and the main armament of 6" guns wouldn't justify the cost to make them auto. At any rate replacing the standard 6" guns with an auto design would require a complete redesign of the turret and its handling equipment, 6" shells are just too large to handle with manpower alone. Five inch guns are a...

New Designs and Refits of the Greek Fleet

Good points, especially #2 (- Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0,92). This is an easy stat to overlook as we as springsharp users tend to look at stability, seakeeping and hull strength. My guess is that your length to beam ratio is right at 11:1, which makes it a VERY narrow hull, is the cause. You may have to add more beam and/or cut weight, preferably to bring that length to beam ratio down closer to 10:1.

Quoted from "BruceDuncan" Quoted from "thesmilingassassin" I assume you meant Point Fortin and not port Fortin. Indeed. Must have been a garbled signal.

Welcome to wesworld!

Also Greece has a large portion of territory in Anatolia, I'd have to dig up the map that was made by a previous player for Greece and agreed to by myself. I can also fill you in on the state of relations that Greece has with some of the other nations that are relevant to sorting out the current state of the country.

Persecutor Class, an old one called to action

As far as design spamming goes, no need to worry, keep firing off those designs as it keeps everyone interested! My first question is what was the original configuration of this design? It helps to understand just what modification you have made to get the current design. Also, my first nit pick would be the number of shells per main gun. If its a quick firing weapon any prolonged action would deplete your ammo quickly. That said if its purely anti sub then you may be okay, you don't need a lot ...

Gigant Class

Is this design meant to be a follow on design to the Miricle class? If so its a nice improvement. Its comparable to the French Algerie and Italian Bolzano (slightly superior armor wise).

Miracle Class

I like this design though as a personal preference a few more knots speed would be useful. You could likely do this by reducing the deck armor another 10mm and/or reduce the conning tower armor slightly but you'd be robbing Peter to pay Paul, you still have a decent design without modifications. That said you could toy around with the design a bit as you have 500-700 tons to play with if you plan on keeping the design under 10,000 tons. Nicely done!

And now for something entirely different...

Not surprising, its an excellent idea to try and use civilian infrastructure as during wartime it gives the military more flexibility and forces the enemy to look for assets rather than already knowing where they are.

Hunter Class Destroyer

First and foremost I think you can adjust the Length to beam ratio to somethin closer to 10 to 1, anything over has a negative effect on structural strength in springsharp. Try adding 2 feet to the beam. You can also change the Block Coefficient to something like .430.

The Trumpet Class

One last critique, your 38mm guns can be laid out in one slot as they are all side distributed. This could leave a slot open for small arms (50-45 cal.) to use against small boats such as motor torpedo boats that the larger guns would be overkill against.

The Trumpet Class

Also worth trying, any old battleships scrapping can have their guns repurposed for this sort of ship, (9.5", 10", 12") and would make the cost of such units cheaper (though springsharp doesn't recognize the usage of used guns).

The Trumpet Class

Well, as you yourself elude to, the speed is high for a monitor type vessel and I would think slow for a coastal defense battleship (also lacks sufficient main guns to be classed as a coastal defense battleship), 10-15 knots would seem adequate. One thing you might also try is to add some purposely exaggerated bulges to give them greater torpedo protection, these however would reduce the speed of the vessel.

The Cross-Guard Class

I agree with Brock on all points, though I'd also add any weight savings from reducing the torpedo bulkheads could be added to the Conning tower armor as well, though that may alter your stability somewhat.

SNF Inquebrantable

Out of curiosity are these ships part of a historical world, wesworld or some other alternate history? If historical (or wesworld) these ships would seem under armored and/or undersized given that Jutland would have a major influence on battlecruiser designs. Your 1925 date seems more reasonable given the current specs for the 1930 design but even then maybe a bit under armored. This design is sort of on par with a Renown or Queen Mary design but with smaller guns in a more modern layout.
