HI, I recently tried to find written sources on blast interference. How to explain it easily to someone not aware of it? What ships suffered from it historically (e.g. italian light cruisers)? What was done to fix it? On a quick check I could not find anything about it in Whitleys cruiser book. Also Richard Worth in his Fleets of WW2 book does not mention spell dispersion in relation to blast interference, though he mentions some other problems with the guns and their accuracy. Then I tried to c...

Quoted from "thesmilingassassin" IMO the Magnificent class are costly and unnecessary, and if built would have actually influenced Atlantean cruiser design significantly (Atlantis is into 1947 and still hasn't built any cruiser larger than 14,000 tons). Only the Chilean, Colombian and Mexican fleets have ships in that weight class, the SAE's more traditional enemies (Brazil and Argentina) have nothing close to this size that isn't a BB or BC so its unclear just why the SAE would need such large...

Well, at some point in time after evaluating events in South America and potential threats on the northern flanks in Africa I decided it would be good for the RSAN to have some amphibic component. There wasn't much available and with an unstable neighbor to the North of Gran Uruguay... Idea is to have some low cost assets for short range activities if needed, while some bigger ships are made to follow international trends. Especially British dock ships impressed a lot... The Glorieus is a direct...

You may also get some hindsight of what will continue 1946+, though I maybe will not post reports for those years.

HI... Interesting discussion. Really sorry I was not taking care of player approvals. When I got side tracked by real life I somehow forgot... :/ As for hosting - not an issue, will take care as long as WesWorld 1.0 exists. Not sure if I can support WW2.0 as I do not consider me a potential player anymore. Real life has just changed so much for me that I barely have time to keep up reading some new ship books I bought. There are some more quarterly reports prepared I never posted. Will try to do...
