Peru?

Anyone mind if I post Peru's doings? I'm not trying to take over Peru long-term, just keep them busy until someone else comes along who'd like them. With Swampy gone, someone needs to help the NPCs..... at least some of them.

Most of the border skirmishes and raids have been across the Chilean-Bolivian border anyway. Peru may or may not have decided to join with Bolivia at this time. (I've not decided if the Peruvians really feel its worth it considering what happened last time they followed Bolivia into a war with Chile).

Right now I'm thinking that Peru's undecided about getting involved in the ongoing Bolivian-Chilean unpleasantness, but is also not at all sure it can stay out of it either. So, it would be best to improve preparedness..... especially with other countries in the region doing so as well.
