An off-topic design..

.. but I'm trying to stimulate myself into working here, so I'll post what I have.

I've been playing with SS3, translating some of my designs from SS2. This one has no appreciable differences from the SS2 version.

It might be for Navalism someday, but 1912 is a long way off. Ottoman dreadnaught using Navalism calibres but not particularly radical for Navalism. The intriguing feature is twin mount secondaries. Your thoughts?

The belt armour is rather extreme for the period. A 250mm - 300mm plate would be more likely.

Ammunition load is quite high at 160rpg. More standard would be 100rpg.

Probably want more beam if mounting the 150mm guns in twins.

Tweaked version - had to rejigger lots of stuff to keep seakeeping reasonable. Freeboard looks interesting - I love SS3's graphical display.
