Re-designing ships

If you remember Italy is currently building this trade protection cruiser for EAS;

After the change in our gentleman's rules, I'd like to change the design to this ship which has the same light displacement.

The change is so that the composite hull strength is 1.00 again. I'd prefer to have the extra strength rather than it being permantly weak. The triple turrets vanished after I realised that Italy has no design for a triple 152mm turret. The 5x1 enclosed mounts save a bit of weight as well.

Anyone have any problems?

No problem

I'm good with the change.

Seems ok too me, however I'll leave it to players in the EAS's back yard to weigh in before I decide.

The redesign looks heads and shoulders better than the original design.

Noooo!!!! I liked the old one!

Just kidding! Go ahead, no problem.

OK here.

Looks okeydoke to me. Sorta regret seeing the unorthodox design go by the wayside, but it was REALLY unorthodox.

Okay to me. This change does show that Italy prefers speed above everything else...
*looks at Lepanto*

Then again... maybe not.

I figured that the single mounts would be less maintenance intensive as well. Probably important for that part of the world at this moment.
