The Qualifier Pools

Well, the dice roller that Brock used during the 1938 Cup is giving me issues. But while I fight with it and/or figure out a workable alternative, here are the qualifier pools. Note, I still have to figure out the last pool of Europe (need two more teams, anyone else want in?) and the pool for Africa (anyone want there colonies in on this?).

I tried to ensure that no two nations controlled by the same player did not end up in the same pool, but I might have missed some and I know I must move around one in Europe once the other two countries a figured out. Any comments before I start rolling virtual dice?

Netherlands & Belgium can certainly send teams given the opportunity.

The championship team of one of the Kingdom of the Kongo's Duchies - the Duchy of Twa- can help round that out.

If an additional Asian team is needed, the Javanese squad outdiced the Sumatran/Bornean/Mullucan/etc.

Curious- with Byzantium taking the European side of the Ottoman Empire, why is Turkey Europe and neighboring Syria Asia?

OK, will add the Dutch for sure, and Belgium if no other can be found (want to give other a chance to respond first due to PST being so late for all others). A Kongo team will be in for sure. Asia is an even pool ATM, and would rather like to keep it that way for simplicity. Turkey is shifted specifically for balance reasons as it made the pools come out with even numbers, I'm open to moving them if the community thinks they should be moved.

I didn't realize that.
Sadly this threads leaves me with puns Iran onto. Such as regarding Hungary vs. Turkey and needing a little Greece. I know, I'm a Cretan, and I'm Russian the puns. I suppose I shall retire to Nether-netherland now.
