Interesting, the Indians are using the opposite approach to cruiser sub developement. instead of designing a sub to carry CA guns they just designed a CA to dip below the waves!

Not to be pulling a Swamphen on y'all, but I adjusted the design slightly. I dropped the freeboard to an even 6.0 metres, which frees up sufficient hull space to add 45 t of misc. weight: 25 t for flag facilities, and 20 t for a weight reserve. Eventually, that'll probably be more light flak.
