Help please.

I am trying to make a spring sharp of a 39kt ship armed with 15cm guns and deacent seakeeping and still be able to pass the Design Rules for Gentlemen.

So far this is the closest I got.
I'm asking for Your help is this even possible too do?

This one won't work because you're over the 3000 ton breakpoint for the smallest, weakest ships. The best I've done so far are the Peruvian Indepencia class DDs, but they're only 36 knots. I could MAYBE squeeze another half-knot or so out of them by dumping the 88mm battery, but that's still well short of 39 knots.

As have I, and my Kyustendil-class, at 35 knots, is the best I've managed.

This is disappointing.

My navy doctrine relied on this design and others like it.
It was spawned with Quality over quantity idea.

This navy(Black) battleships were monsters like Montana and Yamato
Heavy Cruisers were evolution of Panzerschiff idea.
Destroyer were more of a small light cruisers that large destroyers.

Two other navys ships are Your run of the mill designs.

I've got one to 37 knots but it'll then have a length to beam ratio of 14:1 (yet still have stability of 1.10).

Any high speed ship without 50 ft. worth of freeboard finds it's seaboat rating tank.

In general, Springsharp just doesn't handle high speed ships well. It's impossible to get a historical Shimakaze and similar designs to sim correctly.

Even going with large ships doesn't help much; I simmed a 40 knot Blue Riband winner and according to Springsharp, the ship has half the passenger accomodatons it should.
