I think it would be by advantage, if we had a table, in which all alliances are specified. It is somewhat toilsome to scan over always the whole Thread to find out, which country with which other country has received an alliance.

Or every country write it in their encyclopedia in a special chapter, just like:

CHINA

Alliances:
Member of the SATSUMA
Member of the League of Nations
.....

At war with:
NONE

Either of those would be a good way forward, and you're not the only one who's sometimes having a hard time remembering who's allied with who and to what degree.

I've plunked out a quick list of military alliances in the Treaties thread. Didn't bother with the non-aggression pacts, though.

Clarification would be useful on a couple of points, so folks should shoot me edits if need be.
