And the winner is...

The FMA I.Ae 4S. 20 conventional and 5 carrier capable will be bought, and the license acquired.

However 10 Spartan Sp-21M, 5 He-111, and 5 Do 117, will also be purchased for evaluation purposes.

Of the rest, the T-VIIIW is a seaplane which is not needed, the T.VII, Sp-21A, B-10, and B18 are too much of a bomber. TNCA's B-7 and O-1 are too small, and Mexico is not buying a 'loser' (Bf-110). Also both the Bf-110 and B-7 are powered by inline engines and the AdM prefers radials (while the FAM prefers inlines)
