One thing about the Pacific...

The Battleplate's Cross-sectional is 1.10 You could raise the freeboard and, if lucky, get the excellent seaboat rating as well as additional hull strength. And do you plan to fire Long Lance torpedoes with those guns?!
To be honest, my Yukihime class is much more... graceful than that Battleplate.
