The drydock would've finished in 1934, and the various ships would also be done - so far as I know, this report was considered "canon".

Welcome to WesWorld! I'm playing Russia.

Just a couple historical, geographic, and political things you should know about Russia as you are starting out as Persia.

Russian history went as historical until March 1917, when Kerensky made a separate peace with the Central Powers. Thus, there was no Bolshevik Revolution (indeed, Lenin is still alive and in the Duma! ), and is governed by a coalition between Kerensky's Socialist Revolutionary Party and the Mensheviks. Its economic policy is that heavy industry, mining, railroads, banking, and similar activities are State-owned, while agriculture, consumer industry, and wholesale/retail are privately owned.

Russia has had an alliance with Armenia since 1924, and there is a Volga-Don Canal near the industrial city of Volgograd, formerly Tsarytsin. It can handle ocean-going shipping, so a possible trade route for goods produced in Northern Persia would be up the Volga, through the canal, down the Don River to the Black Sea, and thence to Europe.

Thank you for that information, would this mean that there is no Cossack Brigade in the Persian Arny?

I guess not if no Russian Civil War.

My mistake. Just read the story of the brigade and it was formed in 1882, way before the start of WW. I guess indeed it exist here.

The good news is, there's still an opportunity to have Cossack Brigades in Persia.

India donated around 30 Gaada tanks early on the decade plus Peru is selling 21 "slightly" used He-51 in Q4 1935. Also historically Persia was in a buying spree during the 1930's, especially Czech equipment.

Mexico will soon be dumping on the market 130 Fokker DXVIIbis in good condition, plus 30 TNCA Tololoche II fighters. The Army will also be getting rid of all of its AT-17 light tanks...

Turkey would be interested in purchasing those 21 He-51 from Peru. The He-51 is already in service in the Turkish airforce.

edited the entry in the Peruvian news to being sold to Turkey during Q4 1935. You have some "new" planes.

Since I can´t find the numbers (some according to what is stated) for Gaade tanks and Skara I fifghters, is it okey if I list
20 & 30 (1 Coy+ reserves, 2 Sqn +reserves)?
