Notice: After a vote of the Chilean congress, the government has decided to continue with the sale of the destroyers Capitan Herlock and whatever the heck the other one is named to the Republic of Mexico, should the Republic of Mexico wish to continue their interest in purchasing the ships.

If not - the Navy gets to have some good old Sinkex fun. So I hope Mexico doesn't wish to continue the deal. :D
