Chile will decline to participate for the time being. Firstly they have no native aircraft designs, second there is a war going on, and finally, should Chile send its own participants, they will be veteran combat pilots.

Odd, Hellström should have been going an awful lot faster, the max airspeed of the Sopwith Odin being 520Km/h at 14000 feet, well according to my notes that is.
