Diplomatic note from the Empire of Atlantis to the republic of France and the Iberian govt.

The Government of Atlantis would like to Invite representatives from Iberia and France to a conferance to discuss the Issues that several South American country's have in reguards to their national security and defence. The conferance should be held at a location and time of conveniance for all partys involved. repersenatives from Suriname, Guyana, and Peru will attend and invitations have also been extended to Bolivia and Columbia.
Due to the political instability of several countrys coupled with the crisis in the South Atlantic several countrys in the region feal threatened and are looking for ways to strengthen their ability to defend themselves as well as improve the standard of living in their countrys to prevent civil unrest. The Government of Atlantis is looking forward to the timely replys of all nations mentioned.

The government of the Republic of France agree with the Atlantean government that the situation in the South Atlantic requires immediate attention. The government of the Republic of France will send representatives, with plenipotentiary powers, to confer with their Atlantean counterparts, and seconds the Atlantean invitation to the Iberian government.

The Iberian Govermnent agrees with the French and Atlatian ones on the need for a conference and would like to invite all participants to La Ciudad de Panama.
