As of the present time, it appears we're waiting on the following nations for Q1/1940 and Q2/1940 reports before we move on:
- Peru
- Australia
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Iberia
- Nordmark
- Poland
- Atlantis
- South African Empire

...and the following nations for just Q2/1940 reports:
- United States
- Japan
- Romania
- China

Might I propose we advance when this list numbers six?

Few more on the list...although some of their problems root back much farther than 1940....

Lithuania (missing Q1/1937 on)
Azerbaijan (missing Q1/1940 on)
Chosen (missing Q2/1940 on)
Pacifica (missing Q2/1940 on)

Lithuania has reports up to Q1/40 but Matt needs to post them.

Azerbaijan's just doing infrastructure, so I've been posting their reports in a lump at the end of the year.

Chosen and Pacifica are always posted as part of the Japanese reports.

I haven't seen them in the Sim Reports folder, so if you tried to post them, I presume something went wrong.
