It seems very low compared to the historical vehicle. Historically it's 2.99m to the turret roof and 2.50m to the gun centreline. Probably getting on for 3.5m with a larger turret for the 6" howitzer as per the KV-2.

The KV-2's turret is a very odd shape, causing the extreme height, which is by no means necessary. Take a look at the US T29/T30 series vehicles, which mounted more powerful weapons than the KV-2, as an alternative (though this vehicle wouldn't need that big a turret either, with a 23 caliber 152mm vs a 40 caliber 155mm on the T30). The M6 wasn't as tall as some vehicles, either, it was only 2.38m to the turret top (not counting the cupola and the MG mount).

The other thing to note is that this vehicle really needs some work in it's design: more than half the main gun ammunition is stored in the hull, where it will be hard to access in combat. As a combat vehicle, it definitely needs work, but that's why it's a prototype.

I'm not sure about that, it looks quite a bit taller. The specs here give 3.00m and they're usually accurate. More telling is the fire height of 2.50m, which obviously doesn't correspond to 2.37m height. I've just measured a line drawing as well which agrees with the above.

A tall turret is needed if you want the gun to have reasonable elevation (probably useful for a howitzer). 55 rounds of ammunition seems like quite a bit as well.

I had a good crawl over lots of tank, IFVs and SPGs last week (modern and old). There weren't really any you'd call roomy, even without other people, equipment and ammunition in them. Challenger 2 and Chieftain (apart from the gunner) probably had the most room. SPG70 and AS90 are large inside, but it's mostly filled with the 155mm gun, shells and cartridges.

The gun doesn't need a lot of elevation, it's a direct-fire weapon, not an indirect-fire weapon. 25 degrees will be plenty.. Also, the measured height would include the cupola, which Tanksharp doesn't create. But this version is a little taller.
